Our Single-Day Wellness Retreat, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, brings together Physician-led Wellness and Longevity Experiences, restorative practices, nourishing food, creative exploration, and the natural beauty of Wisconsin's Driftless Region.
Throughout the day, enjoy Physician-led Wellness and Longevity conversations, Yoga and Mindful Movement, a restorative Sound Bath with Chakra crystal singing bowls, Nordic Wood-fired Sauna & Cold-plunge, a Farm-to-table Culinary Experience, and a Guided Watercolor Art Experience, and much more! Wander the paths of our three-acre wildflower prairie, take-in sweeping ridge-top views, experience the peaceful rhythm of Driftless nature, and gather a small bouquet of wildflowers to take home.
